  1. Be kind regardless of what situation I’m put in and what I’m going through
  2. Travel internationally (its been a goal for a long long time) to the places that are on my bucket list
  3. work on building better personal relationships whether its with friends, romantic partner and family
  4. become a better physician and an advocate for my patients
  5. push myself out of my comfort zone as being too comfortable is one of my strongest forte
  6. Choose people that choose me
  7. Stop wasting my time with people who wouldn’t put in the same efforts I would
  8. Stop chasing these feelings of temporary happiness and try to feel the moments I live in plus experience them to the fullest
  9. Work on being more peaceful with the choices I make
  10. Spend as much time I can with my family as those moments are super precious and as the days go by becoming rare
